Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Produce high-quality gaming and esports content with a focus on creativity, authenticity, and originality.
2. Socio-Economic Analysis: Explore the intersection of gaming and real-world socio-economic issues, such as job creation, diversity and inclusion, education, mental health, and economic empowerment, through thoughtful commentary and analysis in your content.
3. Community Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive gaming community by engaging with viewers, responding to comments and questions, hosting community events, and promoting dialogue on important topics related to gaming and esports through your social media handles.
4. Technological Development: Showcase the latest advancements and innovations in gaming as a tool for empowerment, inclusivity and and technological solutions.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with other content creators, influencers, organizations, and experts in gaming, esports, and related fields to create synergies, share knowledge, and amplify impact.
6. Research and Education: Stay informed about current events, trends, and developments in gaming, esports, and relevant industries, conducting research and sharing insights with your audience to promote awareness and understanding.
7. Promotion and Marketing: Promote your content across various platforms, including social media, and other forms of online communities, to reach a wider audience and attract new viewers.
8. Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback from viewers and colleagues, evaluate your content performance, and strive for continuous improvement and innovation in your creative endeavours.
Qualifications:
– Passion for gaming and esports, with a deep understanding of gaming culture, trends, and communities.
– Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
– Knowledge of real-world socio-economic issues and their relevance (opportunities) to gaming and esports, as well as an interest in exploring their connections and implications.
– Familiarity with gaming and esports with a curiosity for exploring emerging trends and innovations.
– Creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to experiment with different content formats, styles, and platforms to engage diverse audiences.
